Contract and Certificate

Contract Period

4 years ( 2 Years Training and 2 Years Employment ) Renewed Automatically.
After the completion of the two years of training, the trainees who successfully passed the training period will be employed

– Annual Bonus (as per company policy & employee evaluation).

Terms of joining JTC

– Must be a Saudi Citizen or Son of a Saudi Mother.
– Must be holding (or have attempted) a High School Certificate (Science).
– The secondary school certificate average should not be less than 85%.
– The English language score should not be less than 85.
– Must be between 18 to 22 years old.
– Must be Medically Fit.
– Mustn’t be working by another company and Not registered in GOSI.
– Mustn’t been funded by the HRDF for more than 12 months.

Requirements of joining JTC

– Filling Application Form correctly.
– Original high school certificate.
– Good Conduct Certificate.
– Copy of the Identification Card Valid and updated.
– 3 Personal Photos.
– Valid driver’s license.
– Bank account (Alawwal Bank) IBAN.
